Cameron Crossing students will learn healthy eating habits, safe food handling and skills required to prepare and serve food in a safe and sanitary environment. The Foods curriculum is organized into learning recipes related to the following FOODS credit courses:

FOD1010 - Food Basics

FOD1020 - Contemporary Baking

FOD1030 - Snacks & Appetizers

FOD2060 - Milk Products & Eggs

FOD2180 - Vegetables & Fruits
