Take Your Kids To Work - Day
Grade 9 Take Our Kids to Work Day! Wednesday, Nov. 6th.
Oilfields’ Grade 9 students will join other grade 9 students and parents/guardians from across the country in a day of career exploration!
Your child can accompany you to work, join a family friend, job shadow, spend time at a post-secondary institution, volunteer in the community, or take the day to explore other opportunities. Students will have the day to appreciate what you at work, discover a career they are interested, learn what they may not want to do for a future career, and understand what high school courses they will need to achieve their future goals.
Now in its 30th year, Take Our Kids to Work Day is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of leaders. Watch your emails for further information. Parents will need to fill out the parental consent form to excuse their child from school on that day.
