June hot lunch

Ordering Hot Lunch for the month of June is available May 17 - May 24 at 6:00 pm, (grades k-6). https://munchalunch.com/schools/TurnerValley/

A few friendly reminders:

  • When ordering, please double check the division number and teacher are correct. We have numerous homerooms; this helps confirm your child receives the lunch in a timely manner each day. Payments can be made by:
  • E-transfer: tvshotlunch@gmail.com (please add your child’s name and order number to the message).
  • Cheque, made payable to Turner Valley PTA or
  • Cash, placed in a sealed envelope with your child’s name and order number brought to the office.

It is VERY important that Parent Council receives your payment prior to the closing date at 3:00pm. Late payments will not be accepted as all paperwork is printed and delivered to the vendor immediately.

  • If your child is absent on the day of hot lunch, please contact the office to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, the lunch will be donated.
  • Please send utensils and condiments with your child.
  • Supporting hot lunch helps reduce the expense for your child’s transportation cost for field trips and raises money for numerous activities including the pancake breakfast, hot dog day and many more fun events.
