News from our School Counselor:

We wanted to let our families know about a new opportunity being offered through the school this year. We are offering time for parents to connect, learn, and explore new insights about relationship dynamics and attachment styles of our kiddos. Circle of Security Parenting is an evidence-based program grounded in attachment theory that helps caregivers better understand and respond to their children's emotional and attachment needs. Through the program, parents learn how to:

  • Understand their child's emotional world and recognize emotional needs and cues
  • Support their child's ability to manage emotions and develop self-regulation skills
  • Enhance their child's self-esteem and sense of security
  • Build stronger, more connected relationships
  • Better understand and respond to the emotions underlying challenging behaviors
  • Grow in confidence as parents and caregivers

The group will meet at the school Mondays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., beginning October 26, and will run for approximately 7–8 weeks. The small-group format provides participants with opportunities to discuss real-life situations and explore practical, relationship-based strategies that support children's growth and well-being.

The program is free; however, registration is limited. Families who are interested can contact:
