Calendar Reminder: November 24 is now an INSTRUCTIONAL day (not a PD day). Please remember to mark your calendars and send your children to school!

Westmount Craft Fair: Join us on Wednesday, December 5th for our Westmount Holiday Craft Fair. Come and peruse a variety of items created by our students and available for purchase in our gym from 1:00 to 2:45PM. Let’s celebrate the creators in our community! A portion of the proceeds will go to Rowan House. 

School Council: Westmount School Council will be held in the Learning Commons on Tuesday, November 25th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. Superintendent of Schools, Chris Fuzessy will be in attendance. We would love to hear your voice and insights! 

Christmas Concerts: We are thrilled to invite you to our Christmas Concerts this holiday season. Our Kindergarten and Grades 1 to 3 students will perform on Wednesday, December 10th at 6:15. Our Grades 4 to 6, and band students will perform on Thursday, December 11th at 6:15. More details are coming soon! 

Magic Of Christmas (Referrals): The Magic of Christmas is a 100% volunteer run, non-profit organization that helps spread Christmas cheer to families experiencing financial hardship or families needing a bit of extra Christmas cheer. If your family could benefit from this program, please contact Nicole van Nostrand, Family School Liaison Counsellor, at vannostrandn@fsd38.ab.ca. The deadline for referrals is November 25th, 2025. For more details see www.themagicofchristmas.org . This year Santa and his elves will meet each family Saturday, December 20th in Okotoks, have pictures taken with Santa, and share lots of smiles and good wishes!  Santa and his elves will meet each family on Saturday, December 20th, of Christmas (Referrals): The Magic of Christmas is a 100% volunteer-run 

Magic of Christmas Holiday Charity: Our Wolf Pack Leadership students have selected The Magic of Christmas as our holiday charity. Details will be coming about specific items that can be donated at the drop-off location in the office. 

 

REMINDERS & UPDATES 

Veterans Food Bank: A huge thank you to our Wolf Pack Leadership students for organizing our Veterans Food Bank Bingo initiative. As a community, we were able to collect over 670 pounds of food! We are truly grateful for the support of our entire community.

My City Care Shop of Wonders: We are happy to share that the My City Care program is once again offering support to families in need this Christmas. The Shop of Wonders is a joyful, no-cost shopping experience for parents and caregivers. Register for Shop of Wonders to choose gifts by appointment and make Christmas magical for neighbors with dignity and care.  

There is no registration deadline; however, signing up as soon as possible is recommended. This is a self-referral program with the link below to register: MyCityCare
