April 8th, 2024 Weekly Update

Welcome back!
I hope that everyone had a great break. Just before the break, we had a wonderful Barn Dance evening that I thought was a very fitting event for our community. I thought that the fiddling and dancing was outstanding and want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting the event. Special thank you to Ms. Laliberte and Ms. Frisk for their work in training the fiddlers and the dancers.
I expect the next three months to go by extremely quickly. Over these three months I will use this space to keep you apprised of important information about Cayley School for next year, including updates to our staffing. It wont be long before some of this important information begins to come out. In the meantime, allow me to invite you to parent-teacher interviews on April 24-25. The link for signing up will come out next Monday, and we look forward to seeing you there!
Upcoming important dates
Tuesday April 16th- Grade 5-8 badminton day with Blackie (more info to come)
Thursday April 18th- School Council, 7 pm in the library
Monday/Tuesday April 22/23- PD Days, no school
Wednesday/Thursday April 24/25- Parent Teacher interviews after school
