April15th, 2024 Weekly Update
Cayley Families,
School grounds
We recognize that Cayley School is a popular gathering spot for our students and families after school. I see that as a great feature of this community- I love that our students want to utilize the gaga ball pit, track, playground etc. I do wish to remind everyone of the following though, to ensure a safe playground for all:
- Students must be mindful of our code of conduct on the property even after school hours. This includes treating their fellow students with respect, and behaving in an appropriate manner.
- Students must leave the playground the way they found it, and must respect our equipment.
- Students may not bring weapons, whether real or replica onto the property at any point. This includes any airsoft gun, regardless of its size.
We ask for your support in helping ensure your children are mindful of these rules, and recognize that this support will help ensure a safe and caring environment for all.
Parent-Teacher Interviews
Parent-teacher interviews will be held on Wednesday and Thursday of next week (April 23-24). On Wednesday, they will occur from 3:00-6:00 pm, and on Thursday, they will occur from 4:00-7:00 pm. Kellie will send out further information later today, and you can access the booking portal tomorrow morning.

Monday-Thursday April 15-18- Book Fair
Tuesday April 16th- Grade 5-8 badminton day with Blackie (12:15-2:15 pm)
Thursday April 18th- School Council, 7 pm in the library
Monday/Tuesday April 22/23- PD Days, no school
Wednesday/Thursday April 24/25- Parent Teacher interviews after school
