School Council Meeting (Parent Council) September 17th 6:30-7:30pm

Meeting on September 17th from 6:30-7:30pm in the Learning Commons or Online 

We are currently seeking volunteers to help us continue offering valuable programs and services such 

as Hot Lunch, Concession, and other school initiatives. Funds raised through these programs 

directly support enriching opportunities for our students, including Band, COLT Fridays, field trips, 

and other enhanced learning experiences.

Last year alone, our School Council contributed more than $75,000 to support programs and 

opportunities that benefit our students every day. To continue this important work, we need your help.

We are currently looking for volunteers to fill the following School Council positions:

• Chair or Co-Chair

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Members-at-Large

The time commitment is manageable, with last year's meetings typically lasting one hour or less.

If you are willing and able to volunteer some of your time, we would greatly appreciate your support.
