Junior Kindergarten registration evening will be Wednesday, February 4 from 6-7 at Percy Pegler School.
Our Junior Kindergarten Program:
We are very excited to have Mrs. Jen Krause and Mrs. Deborah Kennett as our Junior Kindergarten teachers.
Ms. Krause has an in-depth Early Childhood background with extensive experience teaching young children. She also has a strong focus on Nature Based Learning and the JK students spend a large portion of their day outside learning through play.
Deborah Kennett is excited to be teaching our second JK class here at EPPS. With many years at FSD and a wealth of experience in Early Childhood Education, she creates a warm and supportive classroom where children feel safe, valued, and confident. Through play, daily routines, and meaningful relationships, Deborah supports children’s social-emotional growth. Nature-based outdoor play and music are joyful and important parts of her classroom, helping children connect with one another, regulate emotions, and build a strong foundation for success in future kindergarten.
Dates and times: Our 2026-2027 JK program will run full days (9:00 am-3:00 pm) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Cost: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: $300 per month
Before School Care (8:30-9:00 am) $50 per month. Contact the office to sign up for the before school care.
It is strongly recommended that you register early and complete all parts of the registration so that you may secure a spot.
Unlike ECS, the Jr Kindergarten program has a finite enrolment and therefore once the program reaches its student cap, we are unable to accept further registrations.
