Our Junior Kindergarten Program:
We are very excited to have Ms. Jen Krause as our Junior Kindergarten teacher. Ms. Krause has an in-depth Early Childhood background with extensive experience teaching young children. She also has a strong focus on Nature Based Learning and the JK students spend a large portion of their day outside learning through play.
We are also pleased to welcome Ms. Deborah Kennett who has taught Junior Kindergarten with FSD for 15 years. She spent 3 years teaching in Cayley and the last 13 years at Big Rock Elementary School. She is looking forward to collaborating with Ms. Krause and all the Percy Pegler staff and bringing her experience and expertise to the Percy Pegler Community.
Dates and times: Our 2025-2026 JK program will run full days (9:00 am-3:00 pm) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Monday option may be available if there is enough interest.
Cost: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: $300 per month
Monday added to the regular JK program: $400 per month- **ONLY available if there is enough interest
Before School Care (8:30-9:00 am) $50 per month
It is strongly recommended that you register early and complete all parts of the registration so that you may secure a spot.
Unlike ECS, the Jr Kindergarten program has a finite enrolment and therefore once the program reaches its student cap, we are unable to accept further registrations.
