Summit & FCHS Join Forces in Sport Medicine
FCHS is pleased to announce another community joint venture project, this time with Okotoks’ Summit Sport Physiotherapy and our FCHS Athletics program.
Summit Sport Physiotherapy (recently acquired by Lifemark Health) is expanding their Sport Medicine program to a few select organizations in the community, including FCHS student athletes.
The program boasts assessment and treatment protocols as well as reporting and referral options.

Any FCHS Falcon athlete can access the program. Simply email them at, okotokssportmed@lifemark.ca, to identify which team you’re on and get the ball rolling.
Please note that this is not a free program (but many participants are able to submit their fees to their extended benefits program).
