We’re excited to welcome Quest Theatre to our school next week! From April 20 to 24, students will have the opportunity to engage in dynamic theater workshops that foster creativity, collaboration, and a love for the performing arts. Don’t forget—the week concludes with a special performance on April 24 at 1:30 PM, and all families are invited to attend and enjoy the show with us!
Parent Teacher Interviews Next Week! Our Parent Teacher Interviews are coming up on April 22 from 4:00–7:00 PM and April 23 from 3:30–6:30 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity for families to connect with teachers, discuss your child’s progress, and share insights about their learning experience. We encourage all parents and guardians to attend and help strengthen the partnership between home and school. Please reach out to the office if you have any questions or need assistance booking your time slot. We look forward to seeing you! Be sure to check out the Book Fair while you visit as well!
Interested in Leading a Cobra Club? Are you passionate about a special hobby, skill, or activity and eager to share it with our students? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers—parents, guardians, and community members—to help lead one of our Cobra Clubs this year! Whether you’d like to organize art sessions, STEM projects, book circles, or any creative club idea, your leadership can ignite new passions and bring fresh energy to our school. If you’re interested or would like to learn more about leading a club, please contact the office. Let’s work together to make the Cobra Clubs an unforgettable part of the school experience!
Tip of the Week: Practice Math Facts Together! Strengthen your child’s math skills by spending a few minutes each day reviewing basic math facts at home. You can turn practice into a game—quiz each other during dinner, use flashcards, or challenge your child to solve simple math problems while doing everyday activities like shopping or cooking. These routines make math practice engaging, boost confidence, and help your child build a strong foundation for future learning!
🌟 Highlight of the Week: Our Amazing Grade 7/8 Leaders!
This week, we want to shine a spotlight on our grade 7/8 student leaders, who continue to impress us with their dedication, teamwork, and positive attitude. Whether they’re helping to organize school events, supporting younger students, or taking initiative in the classroom, their leadership makes a real difference in our school community. Thank you, grade 7/8 leaders, for showing what it means to be role models and inspiring us all!
