Kelli Graham appointed Vice-Principal at Heritage Heights School

Foothills School Division  is pleased to announce the following School Leadership appointment for the 2023-2024 School Year 

Please join us in congratulating Ms. Kelli Graham, who has been appointed Vice-Principal at Heritage Heights School effective August 26, 2023.  

Having served successfully in an acting Vice-Principal role beginning in January 2023 Kelli will now assume regular Vice-Principal responsibilities at Heritage Heights School. Kelli joined Foothills School Division in 2013 as a teacher at Westmount School. Since that time Ms. Graham has served as Learning Coach at ÉOJHS (2014-2019) and School Academic Counsellor at ÉFCHS/AHSFA (2019-2022). Ms. Graham was a past participant in the FSD Learning & Leading aspiring leaders’ program and the CASS Start Right leadership learning course. 

Ms. Graham holds her Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University, Master of Education from the University of Calgary, and she recently completed the Neurosequential Model in Education Trainers Program with the Neurosequential Network, Houston, Texas.  

As she reflects on her recent Acting role and set to join the Heritage Heights team moving forward, Kelli shares, "I am so incredibly fortunate to be a part of the Heritage Heights teaching and learning community. I truly feel like I have ‘come home’ and I’m thankful every day for the opportunity to work with such an incredible team. Often starting a new position part way through the year can be challenging, but thanks to the support, understanding and patience of the wonderful staff and Heritage Heights community, I kept my chin above water! I am so excited and thankful that I can continue to teach, learn, and lead with Heritage Heights School staff as we set goals and intentions moving forward into the 2023/2024 school year."

With this leadership appointment, Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Chris Fuzessy provides, "We are happy to announce that Ms. Kelli Graham will continue to work alongside the Heritage Heights School team for the years to follow. Her skills and expertise in supporting students will continue to enhance the work of the school team moving forward.
